Jo McNeilly

Jo McNeillyJo is a talented facilitator, coach, and trainer. She brings over 30 years experience as a leader, advisor and consultant in the government and university sectors. Her particular area of expertise lies in facilitating the transformation and empowerment of individuals, teams and organisations and the engagement of staff in change processes.

She has extensive experience in the area of facilitating change, leadership, coaching and performance development. This experience includes 360 degree feedback debriefing for leaders, executive coaching, facilitation, trainidng and speaking.

Jo was recently contracted as a consultant at Curtin University where she was the Lead Facilitator for consultative process, supporting Values Advocates(Change Champions) through coaching, mentoring and training. Facilitated staff engagement/consultation workshops  and values summit discussions, as well as technology enabled group consensus building for groups up to 200. Helped in reaching out to various key stakeholders in discovering, exploring and recommending the key values for the organisation. Team member for the design of Phase 1 activities including workshops, senior leaders conference and the values summit.   In Phase 2, Jo led the Creating Commitment and Communication stream of Phase 2(implementation) of the Living Our Values program. Deliverables: communication plan, recruitment, induction and development of values advocates, values based team development workshops, social marketing strategy.

Department of HousingPerformance Development Planning change project Jo designed and delivered training to support cultural change around performance development.  2 day training delivered to HR and culture change champions around managing change, the performance development process and the associated conversation skills. 1 day training delivered to regional directors and all managers and half day training to all staff to skill them up in the performance development process and conducting/participating in a performance development conversation.
