The Learning Circle 360 ProfilesTLC
The Leadership Circle 360 Profiles  The Leadership Circle Profile™  (TLC) is the only 360-degree assessment that measures leadership competencies and the inner assumptions leaders hold that drive behaviour. Think of it as a Leadership ‘MRI’!  In an instant, leaders and managers discover what they are doing, why they are doing it, and can see their key opportunities for development. This powerful diagnostic impacts performance and enhances Leadership effectiveness by comparing a leader’s self-view with feedback elicited from 5 other points of view: bosses boss, boss, peers, direct reports and stakeholder group [ie: other work divisions, external stakeholders, client groups, contractors etc.]  Also available is a Managers Edition and an Executive Culture Survey.

(LSI) by Human SynergisticsLSI The Life Styles Inventory (LSI) by Human Synergistics is designed to promote constructive and transformational change. The feedback helps individuals more clearly understand what is currently supporting and hindering their personal effectiveness and provides guidance in developing more constructive styles of thinking and behaving. With researched links to personal satisfaction, stress, effectiveness and quality of interpersonal relationships, the LSI powerfully facilitates change.  The GSI – Group Styles Inventory offers feedback on teams and the OCI  Organisational Culture Index offers insight into how your workforce is experiencing your current workplace culture.

discDiSC is a powerful and easy to use profiling tool that looks at behavioural and social styles – thus offering instant feedback regarding best approaches to building rapport and maximising personal influence.  DiSC provides valuable data in analysing a person’s workplace priorities and style preferences.  There is a variety of on-line profiling tools including a 360 Diagnostic, Teams, Sales, Management and the classic DiSC – personal profile. DiSC works from the tenant ‘know yourself’ so you can then best work with others.  Each participant completes a paper based or on line self-assessment which creates a report identifying each persons ‘operating style’ within a work environment.

BARRETT VALUES TOOLSBARRETT VALUES TOOLS for CORPORATE TRANSFORMATION make the ‘intangible’ tangible thus offering leaders powerful metrics by which to actively measure and manage culture.  By identifying personal values, current culture values and desired culture values – leaders receive a Business Needs Scorecard – enabling them to design a strategy to move their organisation closer to what the workplace desires as an effective work culture.

Myers-Briggs Type IndicatorMBTI The purpose of the MyersBriggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) personality inventory is to make the theory of psychological types described by C. G. Jung understandable and useful in people’s lives. The essence of the theory is that much seemingly random variation in people’s behaviour is surprisingly orderly and consistent.  This time-tested inventory allows us to understand and predict differences in the ways individuals prefer to use their perception and judgment.

TMS - Team Management SystemsTMS Team Management Systems® (TMS) highlight 8 working preferences: Innovating, Promoting, Developing, Organising, Producing, Inspecting, Maintaining, Inspecting, Maintaining, Advising.  Developed in Australia, the system provides a reliable and valid focus in explaining why some individuals, teams and organizations perform, work effectively and achieve their objectives – while others fail.

hermann internationalHBDI Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI®) illuminates thinking, learning and interaction preferences.  Gaining self-awareness about preference supports individual effectiveness and can facilitate greater team cohesion – a key component for high performing teams.
