Susan heads up a dynamic team of Perth based coaches, consultants, trainers and facilitators. Susan’s past consulting experience includes working with McKinsey and Company and in a Director’s role with Deloitte’s heading the Change Management team for Growth Solutions. This background provides her with the traditional IQ disciplines in relation to strategy and workplace culture, organisational structure, change management and learning and development – as well as strong capability in the EQ elements that underpin organisational, individual and team success.
