Susan Kroening from Facilitating SuccessSusan launched herself into the corporate sector over 20 years ago as Director of Training & Marketing for Successories Australia and Success Training.  She then joined Deloitte’s (1998) as a Director in Brisbane consulting in the areas of Change Management, Training and Organisational Development.  As a result of her experience in the corporate arena and her reputation for the innovative and transformational work she led in the youth sector, Susan was invited to join McKinsey and Company’s Global Network of Transformational Facilitators in 2001.

Working with McKinsey in 4 continents, designing and facilitating programs for Leadership Development, Developing Mindsets and Capability, Organisational Transformation and Change Programs has given Susan a broad depth of experience.  Consulting activities included curriculum design, project management and facilitation of programs ranging from ½ day to 10 day residential programs.  Her International work in corporate multicultural settings, has involved facilitating both independently and through interpreters in: Korea (LG, Kookmin Bank), Taiwan (Taishin Bank) and South Africa (AngloMines & KSAL).

With a deep love for people and extensive corporate experience Susan specialises in the ‘soft’ skills and organisational values, vision, culture and people strategy.  An organisational development specialist, Susan has two decades supporting organizational learning. She focuses on creating and cultivating innovative leadership, leading-edge people management practices resulting in high performing work cultures.  Her organisational work targets the exploration and application of mindsets and behaviours for leaders, individuals and teams that create self-responsibility, resilience, trust, alignment, action, collaboration and results.

Susan’s facilitation and coaching work with executive teams and individuals draws upon her extensive studies in:
